Kate was seen running around her hometown on Friday June 25th. Pictures are Just Jared and Celeb Gossip.

She also follows a new diet:

Breakfast:
Cold cereal (half Cheerios, half Raisin Bran) “best combination ever,” with nonfat milk.

Lunch
Leafy Salad with a light dressing topped with a lean meat such as chicken or tuna with maybe a side of low-fat cottage cheese.

Dinner
Steamed or roasted vegetables with a main course of broiled fish or grilled chicken.

It was a HOT summers day in Lancaster, PA on Saturday, so much so, Kate and her +8 all stopped to get some ice cream. Earlier in the day they drove to buy supplies for their chicken coop, which you can read more about here. Picture above: celebgossip.net. Below: Radar Online.


Also this weekend, Kate took both Cara and Leah to a doctor's appointment, near her home. The picture comes from Famecrawler.

After my post (read here) I wrote about how we never see Kate with her + 8, outside of the home, and that she wasn't portraying herself as a 'single mom'. I'm glad that she's looking more like a mom again, as I think it will help her keep her audience for her Kate + 8 specials, and her upcoming show Twist of Kate.

Over ONE MILLION in SIX MONTHS

Ever wondered how much money Kate Gosselin makes? Well so far this year she has made $1,092,000 before taxes. Yes over ONE MILLION dollars. By the end of the year, she will surely have made at least $2 million from her TLC shows, child support, magazine deals and co-hosting.

From Dancing with the Stars Kate made $100,000 for each week she was kept on the show, read her plea to friends via an email here...to keep her dancing.

Girl's gone wild...@ Target and Austin's

Earlier in the day, June 23rd Kate was accepting a delivery to improve the landscaping at her home. Later that day, she went shopping with her friend Jaime (so it was her jogging with Kate see here).

After shopping AGAIN at Target Kate and Jamie headed to Austin's Restaurant and Bar.

Friends dressing alike. My own mother was a single mother, and she couldn't afford delights like weekly spa trips. I hope Kate realises if she is going to portray herself as a single mother she shouldn't be flaunting. Firstly, by dressing sassy, instead of 'mom like' she is narrowing her audience. Secondly, she's NEVER out with her children, they are always left at home with a nanny. Instead can't she take four children with her at a time, many mothers accomplish this everyday.

"The Bachelor" star Jake Pavelka and fiance Vienna Girardi broke up this week after seven months of unwedded non-bliss. Vienna is moving on with ABC Family's "Greek" hottie Gregory Michael, and FOX411.com has learned Jake may be calling America's most famous mother of eight.

Yep, we're talking about Kate Gosselin.

A friend of the former couple tells FOX411.com that Jake liked Kate so much during his time on "Dancing with the Stars," she may be hearing from the hunky pilot for a date now that both of them are single.

Driving ONE HOUR to grocery shop WHY?

We’ve seen Kate Gosselin shopping for groceries at the Whole Foods in Devon, PA, 44 miles from her house in Reading. HollywoodLife.com investigated, and estimates that the Whole Foods is an hour drive each way for the reality star. That’s two hours in the car, a whopping span of time given that there are numerous grocery stores much closer. The website wonders why she’s making the drive. I could hazard a few guesses — she’s partial to organic veggies and locally farmed meats, something not always easy to find at neighborhood stores (hey, Kate Gosselin: Whole Foods’ environmentally-caught, low-mercury fish sticks are divine. Give ‘em a try!). Or a cute checkout boy? She’s single, after all.

If I’m right, though, the real reason is so much simpler, and so obvious to my inner-mom:

Time in the car, driving to and from errands, is sometimes the only quiet time a mom can find. There are no paparazzi in the backseat, the kids are at home with a babysitter, and since Kate’s shopping for groceries (for the kids!) she doesn’t have to feel guilty about not spending those hours with her eight tykes.

Trust me, moms: haven’t you even driven the long way home, simply to delay re-encountering the mayhem that’s waiting for you when you get there?

Today, Monday June 21st Kate (35) was spotted shopping in SHORT SHORTS. One of the most revealing looks she's had and I'm not sure I like it. Too much for my eyes.

From Bed, Bath and Beyond she stocked up on coffee and two mesh trash cans. They are $4.99 and you can view them here.

Will Kate be on a dating show? She says it's all talk

Kate spoke to Radar and answered some questions as she loaded up the back of her minivan with goodies from 'Whole Foods' in Reading, Pennsylvania, over the weekend.

When asked about rumors that she's getting a dating show, Gosselin was coy, artfully dodging the question with her response: "It's furious... I really... everybody... they're just all talking about it and I haven't said anything."

Gosselin, who showed off her toned and tanned figure in a navy blue skirt, then said (possibly with a hint of sarcasm): "I am lonely and I do need help... and I'm not mean like everyone says I am."

The employee helping Kate agreed on the last part, calling her funny - a compliment which caused Kate to break into a huge smile.

Radar Online reports: Kate in Wyomissing

Running errands in Wyomissing, PA. The town where Kate and Jon bought their first home on Saturday June 20th.

Did Kate go under the knife again?

This week Us weekly speculated on Kate Gosselin's apparent breast enhancement surgery. I was none the less surprised.

As early as March 25th 2009, Kate was in LA WITH JON. The kids were being watched by babysitters and they picked up a media storm as they left Mr. Chow.

Kate's Birthday is on March 28th, and although Charm City Cakes was supposed to be on her Birthday, it cannot have been, it must have been filmed pre-op you can see 'Kate's Birthday Surprise' video here. Can you believe Cara and Mady came up with that surprise?

The Sun, Seashells and Scrapes was filmed also pre-op. Kate and Mady had a 'Spa-trip' for four days in San Diego, CA. End of March early April. Video here.

So when reports of the surgery being March 30th, 2009, it seems it could be possible, possible if the Charm City Cakes was actually filmed a week before Kate's actual birthday.

A June day of filming

Yesterday, Sunday June 13th Kate (35) spent the day running errands in Reading, PA. She texted while filling her gas tank and then after grabbing coffee from Starbucks she headed to the mall, although came out empty handed. From Celeb-gossip.net.

Chicken Coop built with Amish

Yesterday, June 12th would have been Jon and Kate's 11th wedding anniversary. However Kate, 35 appeared to have that behind her as she did filming for upcoming specials of Kate + 8. In this filming Kate along with the help of Amish built a chicken coop at the back of her property, so that she can have fresh eggs. Pictures are from gossipcenter.com
